Selebrands Booking Payment Policy


1. Subscription Fees

  • Annual Subscription: The subscription fee for Selebrands Booking is USD 1,200 per annum. This fee is subject to change with prior notice.
  • Non-Refundable: All subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage or customer satisfaction.

2. Payment Terms

  • Due Date: Subscription fees are due in full at the beginning of each subscription period.
  • Late Payments: A late fee of 5% per month is applied to overdue balances.
  • No Proration: Fees are not prorated for partial use of the service within any subscription period.

3. Automatic Renewal

  • Renewal Policy: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled by the customer at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
  • Renewal Rate: Renewal rates are subject to change, and customers will be notified of any rate changes at least 30 days in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Notice: Customers must provide a written notice of cancellation 30 days prior to the subscription renewal date.
  • No Refunds: There are no refunds for cancellation or non-usage of the service.

5. Payment Methods

  • Accepted Payments: We accept credit card payments, bank transfers, and selected digital payment methods.
  • Unaccepted Payments: Cash, checks, or any unsecured payment methods are not accepted.

6. Service Suspension

  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay the subscription fee may result in the immediate suspension of service.
  • Reactivation: A reactivation fee may be charged in addition to the outstanding balance to restore service.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Reporting Discrepancies: Customers must report any discrepancies in billing within 30 days of invoice receipt.
  • Dispute Process: Disputes will be resolved at the discretion of Selebrands, and decisions will be final.

9. Additional Charges

  • Extra Services: Additional charges may apply for services not included in the standard subscription, such as SMS and WhatsApp messaging, webhook triggers, and premium support.
